New Years weight-loss solution Nordic Track elliptical and ifit

So me and the beau just got a NordicTrack AudioStrider 990 PRO elliptical Yea!!, we're determine to lose weight and feel great. I have a goal to lose 30 pounds in a 1 month or few weeks.  I'm so happy and ready to get in shape and feel great! My goals are to tone and slender my abs, legs, and thighs and just a overall weight-loss transformation.
